All orders are posted via EMS International Express shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number which you can track via http://www.track-trace.com/post.

Please ensure that the correct address and details are written as once orders are dispatched we are not responsible for delivery to incorrect addresses to which it cannot be changed.
Taxes, custom fees and duties are at responsibility of the customer - this differs between various countries. If you are unsure if you are to expect to pay additional fees, we advise you to check with your local post office prior to placing an order.
Please note that all products sold are non-refundable. We are happy to offer exchanges for any pieces that have not had any sign of wear - for reasons that such as exchanging for another size, style or colour within 7 days of consumer receiving the goods. We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping cost unless deemed a mistake on our behalf or faulty from the manufacturer.
Store credit is offered if consumer has exchanged for a different style marked at a lower price compared to original purchase - this is valid for 6 months.
If you wish to exchange an item, please complete this form and email to email@example.com prior to sending back your item. Please note that the completed form and parcel must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your garments otherwise we have the right to reject your return.
Please note that we do not accept returns nor exchange sale items once sold. Refunds will only be offered if the item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer - this transaction will occur once item has been returned to our office.
